Ken Jeong is a medical graduate but his passion for acting was so significant that he later perused his career in comedy. Jeong finished his residency in internal medicine at the Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans and following Jeong won the Big Easy Laff-Off in 1995 while at the Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans
Later in 1998, he moved to Los Angeles and practiced medicine for several years, and then started appearing in The Improv and Laugh Factory comedy clubs. Ken also earned name and fame appearing in HBO’s Entourage, NBC’s The Office, FOX’s MADtv.
